Arizona Quick Dry utilizes two different methods to effectively clean your carpet.

Desert Dry Method

This method is for maintenance purposes or for those who do not wish to have “steam cleaning” performed on their carpet.   This process uses very low moisture and has a long track record of being effective under the right conditions.  Modern advances have added encapsulation properties to continue cleaning long after the initial cleaning.  Here is how the process works:

Thoroughly vacuum to remove loose debris and dirt particles.

Apply the soap-free, carbonated cleaning solution.

Use a floor buffer with either a microfiber or rayon/polyester bonnet (or pad) to scrub the carpet.  The soils are released onto the bonnet and excess moisture is absorbed.  The bonnets are frequently changed as they collect soil.

Apply carpet protector.  Arizona Quick Dry uses Green Guard – the first EPA registered GREEN carpet protector.

Groom the carpet with a carpet rake.  Raking makes the carpet fibers stand up to promote faster drying and leave a professional appearance.

Deep Extract & Buff Method

This process combines traditional deep hot water extraction and bonnet cleaning to deliver a thorough restoration to your carpet.  Here is how the process works:

Spray the carpet with a pre-conditioner to aid in releasing soils.  Treat any stubborn spots and allow time for the products to dwell.

Extract using a high-powered carpet machine.  This pushes the emulsification cleaner through the carpet and quickly vacuums it back up.  The soils and excess moisture is removed.

Use a floor buffer with either a microfiber or rayon/polyester bonnet (or pad) to scrub the carpet.  Any remaining soils are released onto the bonnet and excess moisture is absorbed.  The bonnets are frequently changed as they collect soil.
