Carpet Cleaning

Arizona Quick Dry utilizes two different methods to effectively clean your carpet.

Desert Dry Method

This method is for maintenance purposes or for those who do not wish to have steam cleaning performed on their carpet. This process uses very low moisture and has a long track record of being effective under the right conditions. The dry time is within 1-3 hours.

Here are the steps:

VacuumExtensively vacuum the area to be cleaned.

Furniture is moved and prepared for the cleaning.

SprayCarpet2

Spray the area with an encapsulating low-moisture cleaning agent.

This loosens the soils and prepares them for the next step.

Round, highly absorbent pads (bonnets) are placed under a floor machine.

The carpet is scrubbed with this machine and the soils are removed onto the pad.

Any remaining soils are crystallized in the drying process and can be vacuumed away later.

rakingThe final step is carpet grooming, or raking.

This stands the fibers back up to shorten dry time and present a professional appearance.

 Deep Extract and Buff Method

This method combines a traditional hot water extraction and the Desert Dry method to provide a deep and thorough cleaning. This is what separates Arizona Quick Dry from the competition!

Here are the steps:

Apply a custom formulated prespray to the carpet.

We prepare the product onsite to address what issues the carpet has –  such as pet stains, oils, and food stains.

The product dwells and liquidates the soils.

Carpet Cleaning

Extract the carpet using hot water extraction.

We also use additives to improve rinsing and include a deodorizer.

Furniture is moved and protective plastic tabs/blocks are placed under them to protect the legs.

rakingThe final step is carpet grooming, or raking.

This stands the fibers back up to shorten dry time and present a professional appearance.
